The CONTROLLER is the sole recipient of the data and will only have access to the name, phone number, and conversations provided in the chat. The use of the information contained in the chat for other purposes is strictly prohibited. With regards to data retention, while communications are taking place, the history of those required for the described purpose will be kept. Furthermore, when the other party decides to withdraw consent for communication through the application, all conversations must be immediately deleted, except if their retention is required by a legal obligation or for the legitimate defence of the user, in which case all information must be blocked and its processing limited as long as responsibilities may arise from it.

However, it adheres to Standard Contractual Clauses, which follow a valid mechanism for exporting data between Europe and the USA. BELLA AURORA LABS, S.A. has signed a Data Processor contract with this provider.

It is important that, to enable us to keep personal data updated, users inform us whenever there is any change to that data, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for its accuracy. Users guarantee that the personal data provided is accurate, guaranteeing that all the information provided corresponds to their real situation, is updated and correct, and they are obliged to inform us of any changes.

If users provide data relating to third parties for any purpose to BELLA AURORA LABS, S.A., they guarantee that they have obtained the data lawfully, that they have informed the parties concerned in advance and obtained their consent to communicate it, and that the information provided is accurate and correct.
