How can I recognise the first results with Repigment12 Plus?
The first visible sign of treatment with Repigment12 Plus, accompanied by daily sun exposure, is the appearance of small pigmentation spots that will gradually expand to fully restore the natural colour to the hypopigmented area. In this way, with continued use of Repigment12 Plus, the white spot gradually recovers pigmentation both from the inside out and from the edge of the spot to the interior.
When do the first results start to appear?
In general, results can start to be seen from 2-3 months of application. Some people have achieved results during the first few months and others, from 6 months of application of the cosmetic regimen as each skin is different so we can never generalise.
How can sun exposure help in the treatment of white spots?
In the treatment of white spots, sun exposure is essential as it stimulates melanocytes and therefore helps to restore normal pigment levels in the skin.
Should I expose myself to the sun immediately after applying Repigment12 Plus cream?
It is not necessary to expose yourself to the sun immediately after applying the product. For better and faster results, it is recommended that sun exposure be 1 hour a day, always avoiding sunburn. The cream should be applied in the morning and at night on clean skin, without traces of other products.
How can I protect my skin? Can I apply sunscreen during the treatment?

It is recommended to complement Repigment12 Plus with RepigmentSun* solar capsules as they help prepare the skin for sun exposure. It is also possible to use sunscreen, as long as it does not contain physical filters. This type of sunscreen protects the skin and at the same time allows UV rays to penetrate the skin and stimulate melanocytes.

With the application of sunscreen, it is possible to have up to 1 hour of daily sun exposure.

*With Vitamins C, E, Zinc, Selenium and Copper that help protect cells from oxidative damage that can be caused by sun exposure or phototherapy. With Copper that contributes to the normal pigmentation of the skin. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Does the duration of use of Repigment12 Plus depend on how long I have had white spots?
There is no direct relationship between the length of time you have had white spots and the duration of the treatment, although in larger areas the results may take longer to appear.
Is it 100% certain that with Repigment12 Plus I will be able to restore pigment to the white spots on my skin?

Repigment12 Plus is highly effective, but we cannot guarantee that all white spots will disappear. Results may depend on many factors (habits, application area, etc.).

The study conducted on Repigment has shown high efficacy and in subjects who had not previously achieved great results. We hope you can achieve the expected results. For more information you can contact the Skin Experts service.

Is Repigment12 Plus tested on animals?

At Bella Aurora no animal testing is carried out or has been carried out on cosmetic products or the active ingredients used, neither for development or production, nor to evaluate their safety or efficacy. We are governed by European cosmetics legislation which has prohibited this practice for years.

Neither Repigment12 Plus nor any of its peptides (Repigma12 and Acetyl hexapeptide-1) have been tested on animals.

When the label indicates "Dermatologically tested" it means that the product has been subjected to use tests on human volunteers under real conditions of use.

Is there any type of skin condition (psoriasis, ichthyosis...), disease (chemotherapy treatment, diabetes...), or other medications or cosmetics that are NOT compatible with Repigment12 Plus?
No. No skin or health condition contraindicates its use.
Does Repigment12 Plus from Bella Aurora work if I have albinism?
Albinism is a genetic disorder characterised by the total absence of melanocytes (cells that synthesise melanin, the colour of the skin) in the eyes, skin and hair. Repigment12 Plus from Bella Aurora will not have satisfactory results in albinism, as starting melanocytes are needed to restore pigment to the skin, and in skins suffering from this disorder there are none.

What regimen should I follow for Repigment12 Plus?
To correctly follow the cosmetic regimen with Repigment12 Plus, you should apply the cream twice a day in the morning and at night on the desired areas, including the edges of the spot on clean skin. The use of Repigment12 Plus can be continued over time without any problem, there is no limit of weeks or months for application. The goal of Repigment12 Plus is to achieve the desired results, and depending on the area and size of the white spots it will take more or less time.
When an optimal result is achieved on the spots, should Repigment12 Plus continue to be applied?

When the skin recovers the pigment, the cream can be stopped in that area. However, since Repigment12 Plus has a preventive action, we suggest applying the cream occasionally (once or twice a week) on the most rubbed areas (hands, elbows, etc.).

In general, it is very unlikely that a new appearance of white spots will be experienced in that area.

I've been using Repigment12 Plus for X months/years and haven't seen any results. What could be happening?

Our recommendation is to be very consistent with the Repigment12 Plus cosmetic treatment for a minimum of 6 months. It may take several months for the skin to return to normal pigmentation levels. However, if you have followed our recommendations and still haven't seen any improvement, it's possible that your white spots are of a different type than the one being treated.

We will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have with personalized advice from our Skin Experts.
